End User License Agreement for 【GiFT Vocab】

1. Service License

Subject to your compliance with all terms of this Agreement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

2. Account and Rules of Use

• You need to register an account to access the full functionality. You are responsible for providing accurate information and safeguarding your account password.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the services.
• You are responsible for all network data charges incurred through your use of the App.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all content included therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and all related intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of us or our licensors and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. You are granted only the license expressly stated herein and must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works.

4. Disclaimer

• The App and its content are provided on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the App will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or absolutely secure. Learning outcomes vary based on individual effort and foundation, and we do not guarantee any specific learning results.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only, and we do not control or assume responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

7. Modification and Termination of Agreement

• We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified agreement will become effective upon posting within the App.
• We have the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the provision of services to you if you violate this Agreement.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Operator's location. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to a court with jurisdiction over the Operator for litigation.
